  The worst experience renting of my life. The manager "Jake" is trying to charge me $2000 for "maintenance" of the property. They changed us $400 for the lawn even we mowed it 2 days before moving out. They work similar to a mafia taking advantage of students from the area because they know there's only a couple company's that manage real estate and apartment complexes in those small towns. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. Only one person was helpful there, her nane is Vera.
